Annual Boiler Servicing

• Our engineers perform in depth visual inspections of the boiler to ensure there are no visible signs of wear and tear, degradation and defects
• That all components and setup comply with all relevant safety regulations and compliance
• Basic function testing to ensure optimum operation
• Main component testing such as the injectors, heat exchangers, burners, condensate trap and fan
• Electrical inspections consisting of connection and pipework checks and testing
• Working pressure tests are conducted between the boiler and the gas meter to ensure the correct flow rate
• Flue gas analyser readings to ensure gas valve is functioning correctly and ensure boiler is operating safely and in accordance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications.
• Check the gas rate boiler to ensure that the correct amount of gas is burning at the right pressure
• CP6 servicing certificate is issued upon completion of annual boiler service
